Is an alkaline liquid having a content of approximately 26% of active substances, among them completely soluble alkalis imparting an exceptional alkaline reserve. This gives to the product an extraordinary degreasing and suspending power even in presence of high quantity of dirt. The cleaning action of SILV 26 is not depressed by hard water due to its formulation enriched with sequestering agents. The presence of organic dispersants hinders re-deposition of residues on surfaces previously removed during the degreasing stage. SILV 26 can be used at temperatures up to 85 °C. SILV PLUS 51 is free from EDTA.

Application fields: Polymeric and ceramic separation membranes, cross-flow filtration systems (micro-filtration, ultra-filtration), bottling lines, sterilizers and pasteurizers, concentrators and refrigeration units, tank cleaning, pumps, piping, flooding filters (with stainless steel elements) and under vacuum filters.

Concentrated alkaline liquid cleaner SILV 26: How to use?

Apply at temperatures ranging from 15 °C and 85 °C based on the level of dirt to be removed.
Concentration of use: 0,1% - 6%.

Compatibility

Consider the following compatibility (referred to the pure product):
• Compatible materials: AISI 304 stainless steel, AISI 316 stainless steel polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) polypropylene (PP) polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) ethylene-propylene rubber (EPDM).
• Incompatible materials: strong acids, galvanized steel, aluminum, acetal resin (POM).
If in doubt, test the product on a small portion of the surface not in sight.
