DEVIDET SRL as manufacturer and commercial of disinfectants and detergents for the livestock and agri-food sector considers the continuous improvement of its processes, as well as the Quality Management System, one of the strategic tools through which to achieve the objectives set.

The company aims to remain at the forefront, constantly updating its offer and constantly renewing its production systems and the search for Technological Innovation thanks to the commitment, the seriousness and passion that every day all the staff puts in their work.
With a strong customer orientation, it has defined a market strategy aimed at identifying the needs and demands of customers.
In compliance with these principles Devidet srl promotes all the necessary actions so that the processes and activities are oriented to the achievement of the following objectives:

• Research and develop innovative products that meet and anticipate the expectations of market customers.
• Optimize and improve the service offered to the customer through communication and exchange of information about the product provided.
• Organize training courses to customers/ retailers to illustrate the potential and characteristics of the products and the problems they may face.
• Enhance human resources and their professional growth at all levels through the definition of awareness and training programs.
• Promote a working environment inspired by respect, fairness, collaboration and responsibility for their role.

• Optimize costs and minimize waste.
• Use only suppliers who apply a proper quality management involving them in any identification of the causes of non-compliance and in the identification of actions/ tools to prevent or limit them.
• Act in full compliance with the rules and laws in force at national and international level and applicable to the business sector of the company.
• Constantly analyze the business environment to assess risks and opportunities to ensure Business Continuity.
• Apply and continuously improve the standards of the cosmetic industry (GMP) and Biocides.
• Periodically review your projects, systems and objectives.
• Professionalism in dealing with problems.
• Applying a sustainability logic in business strategic choices.
