It is a concentrated alkaline liquid detergent with about 30% strong alkalis with very high solubility that givethe product a very high alkaline reserve and the ability to maintain its degreasing power even in the presence of significant amounts of organic dirt. While normal alkaline detergents loose their cleaning ability when usedwith hard water, the detergent and degreasing power of DETERCIP remains unchanged thanks to its formulaenriched with sequestering agents. Furthermore the presence of organic dispersants hinders redeposition ofresidues removed during the degreasing phas. Its detergent and degreasing capacity is amplified by thetemperature and it can be used at temperatures up to 85 ° C. Percentage of total active substance: 35- 40%.

Application fields: polymeric and ceramic separation membranes, cross flow systems (microfiltration, ultrafiltration), bottlinglines, sterilizers and pasteurizers, concentrators and refrigeration systems, tank washing, pumps, pipes,flood filters (with stainless steel elements) and vacuum.

Alkaline foaming concentrated cleaner DETERCIP: how to use?

Apply at temperatures between 15 ° C and 85 ° C according to the level of dirt to be removed.
Concentration of use: 0,5%-3%

Compatibility

Consider the following compatibility (referred to the pure product):
• Compatible materials: AISI 304 stainless steel, AISI 316 stainless steel polyvinyl chloride(PVC), polyethylene (PE) polypropylene (PP) polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) ethylenepropylenerubber (EPDM).
• Incompatible materials: strong acids, galvanized steel, aluminum, acetal resin (POM).
If in doubt, test the product on a small portion of the surface not in sight.
