Highly concentrated caustic liquid detergent (30% strong alkali) enriched with dispersants, sequestrants andwetting agents enhancing the cleaning action of alkalinity alone. The synergy of its components allows theachievement of washing performances that cannot be reached with the sole use of caustic soda or otheralkalis, even in the presence of significant quantities of organic dirt (e.g. tartrates) and with hard water.

Polymeric and ceramic separation membranes, cross-flow filtration systems (micro-filtration, ultra-filtration),bottling lines, sterilizers and pasteurizers, concentrators and refrigeration units, tank cleaning, pumps, pipes,flooding filters (with stainless steel elements) and under vacuum filters, closed loop in food and beverageindustry, livestock sector, CIP systems with and without recovery.

Extra low foaming concentrated alkaline detergent EASY DET: how to use?

Apply EASY DET at concentration s ranging from 0.5% to 5% based on the level of dirt ot be removed.Use temperature ranges from 15 °C to 85 °C. Optimal use temperature ranges from 50 °C to 85 °C. The highsynergy of its components it has proven to be very effective even at room temperature, in particular in theremoval of tartrates in the wine industry. In some applications it is recommended, after washing with EASYDET, to carry out a descaling acid cleaning.

- Incompatible materials: strong acids, galvanised steel, aluminum, acetalic resin (POM)If in doubt, test the product on a small portion of the surface not in sight.
